Who we are:
Club and Chatham is a division of Charlotte, NC local business, Midwood Flower Shop. After catering to the local community for almost 70 years, the owners chose to expand into design, gifts, and customized pieces for all, not just the locals. Each item is carefully crafted and meticulously sought after to provide meaningful gifts. With quality in mind, the team at Club and Chatham continues to search for exceptional vendors to showcase in their shop.

Cancellations:
Please note that since most products are custom-made, cancellations for refunds can only be made up to 24 hours after your original order.

Change/Additions to Orders: Changes to your order can only be made up to 24 hours after your original order.
 
Returns/Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. Cashback will not be given on returned items, but a store credit in the form of an online gift card will be issued. Shipping will not be covered by Club and Chatham on returns.

Please include a note containing your name, email address, the reason for your return, and the order number in the box with your returned item. Additionally, please send an email to clubandchatham@midwoodflowershop.com alerting the team of your return request. We will issue the online gift card to the email address on the original order after the item has been received.

The
only time we will offer a cash refund is if one of the
following occurs:
Item was broken in transit
Item was missing from your order
Item was oversold/out of stock
